The Steam Tray (in conjunction with the Lid) allows you to use your TemboTusk Skottle Grill to:

• Smoke meat, fish, ribs, etc.
• Bake cookies, potatoes,  etc.
• Steam vegetables, seafood, etc.
• Or anything you can think of! 

The Steam Tray is 10.5 inches across and stands 1.75 inches tall. The legs fold flat for easy storage.
