The Intelligent Solenoid is the heart of the split-charge system and can be used as a stand-alone isolator. This device monitors both MAIN and AUXILIARY batteries in a vehicle and connects the auxilliary battery when the main battery is receiving sufficient charge. The isolator is automatic, no input is required from the user. Voltage sensing, timing and all calculations are done internally. Important safety features and parameters have been pre-programmed into the operation of this system. This system does not interfere with existing vehicle wiring. No ignition wire is required.
The Intelligent solenoid is supplied with a basic hardware kit and manual. Batteries, cables and terminals are not supplied.
