The Front Runner Inverted Spare Tire Carrier is designed to hold your spare tire and wheel to a rack or load bar set from the rear of the wheel. It mounts in two locations to the rack, and can handle most any size tire and wheel configuration. It tightens down to the back side of the wheel to protect your wheel finish, and can accomidate even the deepest offsets. The carrier is also lockable.
