Common Sense. The policies that lead Equipt Expedition Outfitters stem from what we feel are common sense values as to how a Customer should be treated. Every Customer should expect to be treated with respect and fairness. This is what we request of our Customers as well. With that being said, there are several policies you should hopefully be comfortable with. If you find them unacceptable, please let us know.
If you are not sure, please ask before buying. It is not always easy to tell if a product is what you expect it to be. If you have any doubt as to whether an item is right for you, or you have questions at all, please call us and let’s discuss it. It is much more cost effective and much less time consuming than ordering the wrong thing and having to return it.
Shipping Charges. The products we carry vary in size and weight as much as your delivery location. In light of this fact, we will charge you only what it costs us to ship to you, no more and no less. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship via UPS Ground delivery to minimize freight costs. We will inform you of the cost of shipping as reasonably soon as possible. We will be happy to ship via Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Select if you request it and are willing to pay for it.
Returns. It is our desire to make every effort to ensure your purchase is complete and accurate. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with any product you purchased from us, return it to us in its original condition for a full refund. We will refund you in the manner you paid. If you have used the product, please contact us and we will do our best to find an amicable solution for your concerns.
Shipping Charges on Returns. If your order did not arrive accurately, we will pay the return shipping charges and refund to you the amount of shipping you paid on that particular product. If you received what you ordered but are dissatisfied with it, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping charges and the initial shipping charge.
Product Warranties. Equipt Expedition Outfitters does not offer or extend warranty coverage outside the coverage offered by the original manufacturer. However, we will be more than happy to assist in any warranty concern you may have.
