EQUIPT Expedition Outfitters - Car & Driver

In April of 2006, we had the opportunity of providing guide to Aaron Robinson and his wife Tina around the southern portion of Utah and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Aaron is the Technical Editor for Car and Driver Magazine. Aaron had contacted me to ask to review the Eezi Awn tent on their long term review of the Land Rover LR3. We met Aaron and Tina in Hanksville Utah, just outside the Maze District of Canyonland NP. Dave Connors and I guided them through Capital Reef NP, Grand Staircase Escalante, past Kodachrome Basin, the Wave, and finished at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

You can't imagine what an honor it was for Dave and I to have the opportunity of showing off our playground to Aaron and Tina. A man in Aarons position influences the industry. I am glad to say that he like the Eezi Awn tent so much, he went home and purchased an SUV to put one on. You can see the trip in Car and Driver in the fall of 2006.
