Common Sense. The policies that lead Equipt Expedition Outfitters stem from what we feel are common sense values as to how a Customer should be treated. Every Customer should expect to be treated with respect and fairness. This is what we request of our Customers as well. With that being said, there are several policies you should hopefully be comfortable with. If you find them unacceptable, please let us know.
A Customer's Right to Privacy. In the course of business, there is the transfer of personal information, including name, address, telephone, email, and even credit card information that we feel is no one else's business to know. We will maintain this information to assist in future purchases and correspondence. What ever information you do trust us with, please rest assured that it will not leave our control.
Our contact with you is your choice. Periodically, we would like to tell about what is happening at Equipt. Upcoming events, as well as new and interesting product offerings. They won't happen too often, but we would like to let you know from time to time. Whether we contact you or not is strictly your option. If you do receive something from us and you would like us to stop, please let us know and we will arrange to halt further correspondence.
