    AluBox is a privately-owned family company based in Denmark and established in 1999. AluBox specializes in aluminum boxes, cases, and containers, and offers a wide-range of standard box sizes to customers around the world for use in defense, industrial, emergency services, transportation, and recreational use. Their products ensure the safe transportation and storage for valuables, fragile items, and sensitive equipment.

    All boxes can be fit with traditional foam or a high-quality internal insulated liner, ideal for the transportation of blood, vaccines, medicines, food, and drink. It is the combination of a precision bent aluminum-ribbed wall, with an extruded base and upper rim, and a lid protected by heavy-duty case aluminum corners that put this case ahead of the competition. Dust- and water-resistant and stackable, these are the choice of overlanders for storage inside or outside of your vehicle. 

    AluBoxes are made of EN AW-5754 (AlMg3) and is 1mm thick across all sizes. This Aluminum is a mid-strength material, non-hardening alloy that offers excellent corrosion resistance against seawater and industrial polluted atmospheres. It is widely used in the food and chemical industries, vehicle construction, ship building, architecture, and interior design.

    SHIPPING
    AluBox cases size 10L to 175L will be shipped to a residential or commercial address.

    Due to the size and weight of the larger boxes (size 192L and larger), we will only ship within the contiguous U.S. using truck freight. We will ship to any     commercial address with a fork lift or a loading dock, or a freight facility close to you for pick up. This can be unloaded on a dock with a pallet jack.

    Additional fees may apply for any shipment, residential or commercial, to Alaska and Hawaii.

    Rugged, Lightweight, and Exceptionally Well-Built — But Pricey Accessories

    I've been using the Alu-Box for overlanding and expedition travel, and it's hands down one of the best storage solutions I've come across. The construction is solid—lightweight yet incredibly sturdy, with reinforced corners that can take a beating without compromising the box. The latches are secure and easy to operate, and the handles make it easy to carry, even when full.

    The aluminum body keeps everything inside protected from dust, moisture, and impact. It's also stackable, which is perfect when space and organization matter most. I’ve used it in everything from desert heat to mountain rain, and it’s performed flawlessly every time.

    My only real criticism is the cost of the accessories: while the box itself is reasonably priced for the quality, the add-ons (like inner bags, mounting brackets, and insulation kits) are quite expensive in comparison. Still, if durability and long-term reliability are your priorities, the investment may be worth it.

    Highly recommended for serious travelers, but budget accordingly if you plan to fully kit it out.

    Starting out pretty great.

    We haven’t quite put this to the ultimate test quite yet but it’s getting g used. I think it will be a great addition to my set up. The cost is still a little hard to accept.

    Great box with sturdy construction and strong, with its space inside that is tin walled but very strong for maximum storage capacity.
