Refund Policy

Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Initiating a Return: Contact us at sales@equipt1.com to initiate a return and receive a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: Attn. Returns, Equipt Expedition Outfitters, 1005 Bending River Road, Suite B, Salt Lake City, UT 84104.

  • Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for products that have been installed, damaged by the customer, are not in original packaging suitable for resale, special order items, sale items, or gift cards. Price adjustments are honored within 14 days of purchase.

  • Freight Shipped Items: Returns for freight-shipped items are at the customer's expense, must be sufficiently packaged, and require mandatory insurance for the full value of the item. No refund will be issued if the item returns damaged.

  • Exchanges: For the fastest exchange, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, or store credit may be offered. Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process. If more than 15 business days pass, contact sales@equipt1.com.
