Common Sense
The policies that we enact at Equipt Expedition Outfitters stem from what we feel are common sense values. Everyone in our community should expect to be treated with respect and fairness. This is what we request of our community members s well. With that being said, there are several policies you should hopefully be comfortable with prior to making a purchase.

Don't Hesitate to Ask Questions
If you are not sure, please ask before buying. It is not always easy to tell if a product is what you expect it to be. If you have any doubt as to whether an item is right for you, or you have questions at all, please call us and let’s discuss it. It is much more cost effective and much less time consuming than ordering the wrong thing and having to return it.

Shipping Charges
The products we carry vary in size and weight as much as your delivery location. In light of this fact, we will charge you only what it costs us to ship to you, no more and no less. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship with our preferred carrier to minimize cost. We are happy to use expedited shipping if you are comfortable with the additional costs.

Shipping Large Items
Some of our items, such as the Roof Top Tents and Roof Racks, are too large to be shipped by traditional ground services. They must be shipped by truck freight to their destination. The shipping charges can vary greatly depending on the size, weight, and destination of the cargo. Custom freight quotes must be prepared to ensure pricing is accurate. There are also additional fees for residential delivery and lift gate requirements; this can literally double your cost. We suggest either a commercial delivery with a dock or fork lift, or a will call at the closest freight terminal to avoid these charges. If you have questions, please reach out to us before or after placing your order.

Return Shipping Charges
If your order did not arrive accurately, we will pay the return shipping charges and refund to you the amount of shipping you paid on that particular product. If you received what you ordered but are dissatisfied with it, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping charges and the initial shipping charge.

Product Waranties
Equipt Expedition Outfitters does not offer or extend warranty coverage outside the coverage offered by the original manufacturer. However, we will be more than happy to assist in any warranty concern you may have.
