We’re looking for a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to be the voice and backbone of our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to phone calls, emails, and website inquiries using Gorgias (our customer support platform)
Guide customers through product information, availability, and order support
Schedule installations and coordinate calendars with our in-house shop
Work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and install teams to keep projects on track
Track and manage support tickets, returns, and service follow-ups
Represent the Equipt brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge
