Shipping & Lead Times
How long until my order ships?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our Salt Lake City warehouse. Some brands and custom or made-to-order items (for example Escape Gear seat covers) have lead times of 4–6 weeks. When an item has a lead time, it's noted on the product page. If something is out of stock, use 'Notify me when in stock' on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous US on our distributed brands (Eezi-Awn, National Luna, Alubox, Escape Gear, and more). Alaska and Hawaii cost extra. Oversized/freight items (large tents, racks, fridges, aluminum boxes) ship free to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift, or to a freight terminal; residential delivery adds a liftgate fee, and hard-shell rooftop tents cannot ship to residential addresses. Do you ship internationally?
Contact us with your location and the items you're interested in and we'll provide a shipping quote.
Fitment & Compatibility
Will this fit my vehicle?
Use Shop by Vehicle to browse gear compatible with your make and model. Vehicle-specific products like seat covers and roof racks list fitment in the product title and specifications. If you're unsure, contact us with your year, make, and model and we'll confirm.
Order Status & Tracking
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships, and you can also view orders in your account. If you have questions, contact us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually update or cancel an order before it ships; special-order and made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production starts.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and should be insured. Installed items, special orders, and sale items are not returnable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my product under warranty?
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty — for example, 2 years on Eezi-Awn rooftop tents and 3 years on National Luna fridges. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. We service warranty claims from our Salt Lake City facility; contact us with your order number and a description of the issue to start a claim.
Payment & Discounts
Can I pay over time?
Yes — eligible orders can use Shop Pay installments at checkout to split your purchase into payments.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
We support military members and first responders. Contact us to verify your status and receive your discount.
