Here’s how to find your tracking, check your order status, and get help if you need it.

Tracking your shipment

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Use the link in that email to follow your package to your door.

You can also view your orders in your account at any time.

Freight & oversized items

Larger items — such as rooftop tents, racks, fridges, and aluminum boxes — ship by freight. Freight deliveries are scheduled by the carrier and may require you to arrange a delivery appointment, so keep an eye out for a call or email from the carrier.

If you can’t find your tracking or have a question about your delivery, contact us with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.

Where can I find my order details?

Sign in to your account to view your order history, status, and details. You’ll also find tracking in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order ships.

My freight item hasn’t arrived — what now?

Freight deliveries are scheduled directly by the carrier and may need a delivery appointment. If you haven’t heard from the carrier, contact us with your order number and we’ll follow up.

I never received a tracking email.

Check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend your tracking.
