What’s not covered

Manufacturer warranties cover manufacturing defects. They do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or items that have been damaged by the customer.

How to start a claim

To start a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem. We’ll review the claim and walk you through the next steps.

National Luna fridges are our most common warranty claim, so if you’re having a fridge issue, contact us — we handle these regularly.
