Hand-built in Johannesburg, the Eezi-Awn Dragonfly Mini 180 Awning delivers full 180° wrap-around coverage in a shorter, lighter package purpose-built for modern mid-size vehicles. It uses the same panel geometry and 260g waterproof UV ripstop canvas as Eezi-Awn’s full-size Dragonfly 180, scaled to fit platforms where a 97" (2464mm) awning would overhang or complicate mounting.
The Mini 180 provides 5.8m² (62.35 ft²) of side and rear shelter from a single mounting point, with two triangular panels and one rectangular panel creating a defined work and living area at camp. A self-contained aluminum framework with twist-lock deployment brings the awning from stowed to tensioned in under a minute, with integrated adjustable legs that extend to 2330mm (92") for variable vehicle heights and uneven ground.
The canopy is protected in transit by a 700g UV-resistant PVC travel cover in Matte Black, the same tonneau-grade specification used across the Dragonfly line. Orientation is selectable for left or right side mounting, and the awning is designed to bolt directly to the Eezi-Awn K9 Roof Rack or to most quality aftermarket racks using the Eezi-Awn Bat/Manta/Swift/Lite/Dragonfly Awning Mount (sold separately). This makes the Mini 180 a clean fit within a broader Roof Architecture that may also include a rooftop tent, lighting, and recovery tools.
